After many years of waiting, hundreds of Morris Walk and Maryon Grove residents will see new homes being developed over a number of years. Agreement between Lovells and the Council has now been reached with ASRA Housing Group providing the social housing element.
A number of key partnerships have been put in place including a Residents Group who will play a major part in planning the future needs of the residents as they are moved on to make way for demolition of the existing buildings. Woolwich Riverside Councillors will be supporting residents throughout the process.
